All levels of fitness are welcome. Modifications are given so everyone will feel successful after a fitness class!


Body Pump (Les Mills) – A complete workout! This international class is held in 55 countries worldwide. This weighted barbell workout will strengthen and condition every area of the body. Compelling choreography to the world’s top hits will keep you moving through this class!

Boot Camp – Get Ripped!  – A  Basic workout that combines cardio, power, speed, agility, function, and high intensity interval training.  All fitness levels welcome.  Modifications are provided.

Cardio Step Express –  This class includes easy to follow fun combinations to get your heart pumping and reaching your cardiovascular peak!  Step burns 30-60% more calories than traditional aerobics with emphasis on toning the legs, glutes, and core.

Kickboxing (gloves required) – An action packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations on your own bag. This class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance. It’s an intense workout for the participant who wants a challenge.

TRX Suspension Training – A powerful workout that helps build a rock-solid core while increasing muscle endurance through body weight exercises. All ages and fitness levels will benefit.

Dance Club Cardio (Oct. – May) – Hip hop and current dance steps are choreographed to the latest pop hits that you hear on the radio. Have fun while learning new moves and burning calories in this dance class for all levels of fitness!

Chair Yoga – A gentle form of Yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support.  Chair yoga has helped with symptoms of health issues including hypertension, anxiety, chronic fatigue, arthritis, vertigo, clinical depression, and chronic pain just to name a few.

Chair Pilates – Pilates exercises performed in or behind a chair will not only strengthen your core but also improve posture, balance, flexibility and help eliminate low back pain. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

Fitness Medley – A variety of upbeat music will keep you moving in this multi-level aerobic class. This total body workout includes both high and low impact aerobics, muscle conditioning and flexibility. All ages and fitness levels.

Mat Pilates – Come and work your “powerhouse”! This class is a total body workout done on the mat to improve posture, flexibility, core strength and lengthening of the spine. Props will be used to aid in muscle sculpting and increase your level of fitness.

Pilates/Yoga Fusion – This class incorporates Pilates and Yoga based exercises and postures to achieve longer and stronger muscles and a greater overall sense of wellbeing. Each class will end with guided relaxation.Senior Fitness – This class designed for active seniors will increase strength, stamina and flexibility with low impact floor aerobics and muscles conditioning.

Yoga – An overall workout for all levels, body types and ranges of flexibility. Each class includes centering, strength and balance work, breathing awareness and guided relaxation.

Zumba – An exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party that’s moving millions to good health.
