NFC Instructors are Nationally Certified and Qualified to help you reach your fitness goals!.

Strong Core-This class is designed to work and strengthen your core muscles and target the abdominal muscles and back from every angle. Achieve a healthier back and improve everyday activities with this 15 minute class.

Basic Step Extreme-This fat blasting workout combines both easy to follow step moves with P90X exercises. Modifications will be given for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced!

Body Pump (Les Mills) - A complete workout ! This international class is held in 55 countries worldwide. You will use a weighted barbell to strengthen and condition every area of the body. Compelling choreography to the world’s top hits will keep you moving through this workout!

Cardio Blast -An Instructor’s choice class that includes a variety of aerobic styles. Aerobic kickboxing, step, or basic calisthenics along with hi-low aerobics to get your heart pumping and body burning fat and calories.

Cardio Interval-Experience ultimate cardio and strength training done in intervals. This class incorporates the use of dumbbells , bands and stability balls to ensure a balanced workout!

Cardio Step -A super step class with fun and challenging choreography.

Fitness Medley – A variety of upbeat music will keep you moving in this multi-level aerobic class. This total body workout includes both high and low impact aerobics, muscle conditioning and flexibility. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

"Get Ripped" Boot Camp & Boot Camp Express-Try this cross training class for maximum body shaping! Basic cardio exercises and calisthenics will be used to burn fat while every muscle will be challenged with the use of various equipment. Modifications provided.

Pilates-Come and work your “power house “! This class is a total body workout done on the mat to improve posture, flexibility and core strength.

Pilates Yoga Fusion-This class incorporates Pilates and Yoga based exercises and postures to achieve longer and stronger muscles and a greater overall sense of well being.

Senior Aerobics/50 and Fabulous-This class designed for active seniors includes low impact aerobics and weights. Achieve better balance, coordination and overall strength.

Power Yoga-Gain strength, flexibility and balance while increasing your energy level. Flow through each pose at your own level of flexibility. ( Modifications provided)

ZUMBAThis Latin inspired, easy to follow dance class, feels like a party! Move like you’ve never moved before and burn calories while having fun.( FEE -5 classes = $30 –PUNCHCARD
