All Classes are included with your membership, unless otherwise noted. Scroll down for class descriptions

Beginner's class-This class meets the first Saturday of each month. We will work on correct form for basic exercises used in Body Pump and in the majority of our fitness classes. (Coming soon!)

Complete Cardio - This cardio vascular interval training class combines high intensity aerobics along with strength and stabilization exercises to increase endurance and burn major calories. High and low impact options will be given.

Body Pump - (Les Mills) - A complete workout! This international class is held in 55 countries worldwide. It will change the way your body looks combining progressive body strengthening and conditioning exercises using adjustable weights. Compelling choreography to the world's top hits will keep you moving through this one-hour workout.

Cardio Blast - This class is an Instructor's choice class that uses a variety of aerobic styles to get your heart pumping. Come for a fun and invigorating workout!

Cardio Step - A super step class with fun and challenging choreography.

Fitness Medley - A variety of upbeat music will get you moving in the low impact class. This class also includes muscle conditioning and flexibility.

"Get Ripped" Boot Camp - Try this class for maximum body shaping! Basic cardio exercises and calisthenics will be used to burn fat while every muscle will be challenged with the use of various weight equipment. Get ready for muscle overload without the bulk. Modifications will be given for beginners.

Pilates - A total body workout resulting in overall body strength, endurance, balance and coordination. Emphasis is on strengthening and lengthening body muscles by focusing on and developing a stable core.

PiYo - This class incorporates Pilates and yoga-based exercises and postures to increase flexibility, balance and core strength. This can help with sore muscles and back pain.

Senior Aerobics/50 & Fabulous - This class, designed for active seniors, includes low impact aerobics and weights. Various equipment will be used in order to achieve better balance, coordination and overall strength.
